STEMM-PPALL stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Medicine, Politics, Property, Agriculture, Law and Leadership. These sectors play a critical role in shaping our society, economy and future, yet women remain underrepresented across many of them, particularly in leadership and decision-making positions.

At World Lanterns, we believe that talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not always equally accessible. Too many women and girls face barriers relating to confidence, representation, networks, visibility and access to role models. STEMM-PPALL was created to help bridge that gap by providing a supportive community where women can learn, grow, connect and thrive.

Our mission is to empower women and girls from diverse and underrepresented backgrounds to thrive in STEMM-PPALL by providing access to mentoring, leadership development, industry insight and meaningful opportunities. We are committed to breaking down barriers, building confidence and creating pathways that enable the next generation of innovators, leaders and changemakers to reach their full potential.
